Op een ander

Karine Claassen visits ordinary people in extraordinary and hard-to-reach living environments in a TV series (VRT). These worlds may seem distant from us, but they are closer than we sometimes think. Karine aims to uncover, layer by layer, what drives these people and, in her own way, tries to understand the eclectic characters. "Op een ander" is een TV-programma van Borgerhoff & Lamberigts.

Fries.studio created the opening credits and motion design for the series, focusing on people and their identity. By working with fragmentary close-ups, the mini-society of "the other" was depicted in a layered manner.
